one day at a time

i don't have a well defined idea of what i am going to do to live better. certainly there are not SMART goals currently associated with my idea of 'better'. but this is the second day in january, the second day of my adventure in betterness, and i'm slowly working it. and slowly deciding what better means to me.

so today better has meant cleaning my fish's bowl. yep, my 'better' starts with my fish getting a clean environment. it was way overdue. its small but i'm very pleased with my better for today.

what will i do better tomorrow? if you have ideas, let me know.
